Wine tips : Cleaning glassware

When you’re having wine, don’t hesitate to rinse your glass with water before the meal. Certain detergents or rinsing products leave an invisible residue on the glass that can alter the taste of the wine. This is even more important for aged wines. Personally, at home after a meal, I clean wine glasses in running water without any soap in order to avoid all chemical deposits.
